3 Spring 2015 Fashion Trends and the UKIES Heels to Pair Them With

Spring fashions are like a breath of fresh air. Lightweight and light-hearted, they don’t take themselves as seriously as the fabrics and fashions we associate with fall. This spring 2015, there are a lot of great looks to smile about. The trends are fun, wearable, and flattering. We picked three of our favorite spring fashion trends and showcased them with – what else? – chic and comfortable UKIES pumps!

Gingham is timeless and it’s a fresh, youthful pattern that works for any age. Although the runways showed gingham in every color imaginable, the iconic black and white prints are what caught our eye. How to wear gingham? You can’t go wrong pairing a gingham dress with a classic black pump, but if you want to be a little more adventurous, pair it with a pop of bright color, like our Arianna pump in red python.

Culottes invoke a free-spirited ‘70s vibe, but many women are unsure of how to best style them, or fear that they will cut off their leg line. But just as with skirts, there are a variety of flattering culotte hemline lengths and silhouettes. We think this spring’s sophisticated versions look best with a heel to keep a long lean line. The Paris pump in midnight blue patent gives added height with its subtle platform, while delivering all-day comfort. Expect this look to stay around well into fall and beyond.

This spring’s pastels have evolved far beyond Easter egg colors. Pantone’s sophisticated “En Plein Air” palette for Spring 2015 shows just how fresh and imaginative pastels can be. Shades of ice blue, subtle taupe and creamy yellow create looks that are versatile, grown-up and universally chic. The shoe? Keep it neutral with the Arianna pumps in sandy beige patent.

Whatever style you are looking for, get the most comfortable heels on the market. Shop our pumps today!
